COVID-19 UPDATE: Revised 4/16/2020

At TMS Solutions, the health and well-being of our staff and patients are our top priority.  We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing as we navigate this global health issue.  We remain diligent in our concern and care for our patients' mental health, including the increased anxiety you may be feeling in light of this global pandemic.

We are taking precautions to ensure the on-going health and safety of staff and patients.  As of this moment, we will continue treating our patients while maintaining additional cleanliness and sanitization procedures.  We intend to fully comply with all CDC recommendations and guidelines, and ask the same of our patients.

Know the symptoms, and report to your primary care doctor:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of Breath

Emergency Warning Signs:

  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
  • Confusion and inability to arouse
  • Bluish lips or face

Please note, while we have always diligently maintained the highest standards of cleanliness and care; with the rapid spread of Covid-19 in the United States, we have asked our staff to maintain meticulous disinfecting policies after each patient completes a treatment session.  We are well stocked on disinfecting wipes, sprays, and sanitizers.

We will be temporarily terminating our no show policy, and ask that all staff or patients who are experiencing symptoms stay home.  We also ask that you attend your treatment sessions alone, if possible, reducing the traffic through our clinics.  We have hand sanitizer and handwashing stations available and encourage patients and staff to sanitize or wash their hands prior to and after treatment.  If you have any questions or concerns about our response to the virus, or you're wondering whether or not you should keep your appointment, please feel free to call your technician.

We will continue to monitor information as it becomes available, and evaluate additional precautions as recommended by the CDC.
